RewAir has production facilities in the Ciudad Real region in central Spain, in Haderslev and in Nakskov. Additional geographic expansion to include North America is being planned.

We offer customised kits and package solutions. We put together products, packaging and wrapping solutions, labelling and documentation according to our customers’ requests.

Cutting materials

We cut glass fibre, textiles, plastic and similar materials and are constantly looking to optimise the degree of utilisation. As a case in point, we use the latest CNC-controlled cutting machines with vacuum tables, which enable us to cut complex geometric forms out of several layers of endless lengths of material.

Joining materials

Our experienced employees at RewAir’s own work room have great expertise in joining and sewing various types of material and components. Through sewing and the precise positioning of materials we create value for our customers by optimising their production processes.

Gluing and welding processes

• Welding and gluing of various components and customised solutions.
• Drawing and processing of two- and three-dimensional work-pieces
• We draw, unfold, reduce waste, join and fit complex bulky work-pieces.

Production control and transparency

We have invested in the latest SAP-based production control and optimisation technology. This benefits our customers in terms of production efficiency, flexible capacity and easy identification of improvement potential.

Local presence

If this is valuable to both parties, we will maintain a presence at our customers’ local production process locations. That is why we accompany our customers abroad.
